Yes on every model, and it is included in the price. Models with an integrated LED have the light source built in. Models that take a replaceable E26 bulb ship with a dimmable LED already fitted, and you can fit any E26 bulb up to 60W — including a smart bulb you already own — when it eventually needs replacing.

Checkout is through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can pay from your balance or a linked account. If you do not, choose the card option at checkout and pay with a debit or credit card as a guest. We never see or store your card details.

All our portable luminaires are built for the US market: 120V / 60Hz with a US plug. They are ETL listed to UL 153 (Portable Electric Luminaires). Models supplied with a wireless remote also include an FCC Part 15 certified remote. If you need a copy of a certificate for a specific model, email us and we will send it.

Email us with your order reference and a photo. We ship the replacement part or a whole unit from US stock, and we do not require you to return the damaged one first. Keep the carton until the replacement arrives, as the carrier may want to inspect it.

Yes — 30 days from delivery, in the original packaging with the bulb, remote and accessories. Email us and we will send a return label. Change-of-mind returns are sent back at the customer’s cost; faulty or wrongly shipped items are on us.

A 2-year warranty on the driver, wiring and electronics. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or use on the wrong voltage. Claims are handled from US stock, so a replacement part is a small parcel rather than a return to Asia.

Yes. Remotes, drivers, shades and mounting parts are kept in US stock. Email us with your order reference and the part you need and we will quote it.

If the room has no ceiling fitting, start with a torchiere — it bounces light off the ceiling and lights the whole space. If you read in a specific chair or corner of a sofa, an arc lamp puts the light where the chair is. Rooms usually want both: one for the room, one for the person.

Yes. All our LED models use drivers chosen to avoid visible flicker, including on camera and on video calls, which is where cheap drivers give themselves away.

Our lamps dim from their own control — the remote, foot switch or rotary knob. Do not put them on a wall dimmer as well; the two dimming circuits fight each other and it is a common cause of buzzing and premature driver failure.

Most models are a few minutes of screwing the sections together by hand, with no tools needed. A printed instruction sheet is in the carton, and the cord ends in a standard US 120V plug.
