Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was listed in error, we will contact you before charging anything and you may cancel without cost.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars and include the LED bulb and accessories where the model includes them.
• Payment is taken by PayPal at the time of order, in full. We do not offer payment terms on this site.
• Shipping is free on orders over $49 and $9.99 below that.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse, normally within one business day, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it once the carrier has completed its trace.

Returns

You may return a lamp within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging, complete. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are collected at our cost; change-of-mind returns are sent back at your cost. Refunds are made to the PayPal account used for the purchase, normally within five business days of the lamp reaching us.

Warranty

Lamps carry a 2-year warranty from delivery covering the driver, wiring and electronics. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorised modification, or use on a voltage other than the one the lamp is built for. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Using the lamps

Our lamps are indoor, domestic luminaires built for a 120V / 60Hz supply. They are not intended for wet or damp locations unless the product page says so, and dimmers built into the lamp should not be combined with a wall dimmer. Follow the instruction sheet in the carton; damage caused by ignoring it is not covered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for a claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
