Why buy from us
Designed here, supported here
01
Designed in the US
Our design and customer service teams are in the United States, so the lamps suit American rooms and the help is in your time zone.
02
Stocked in the US
Your lamp is already in the country, so it arrives in 3–7 business days with no customs, no broker and no import paperwork waiting for you.
03
Supported after the sale
Spare parts, replacements and warranty claims are handled from the US. A 2-year warranty is not much use if it means shipping a lamp back to Asia.
