Our story

Timeless outside, versatile inside. A lamp should still look right in ten years, and still do what you need it to tonight — that is the standard every model has to meet before it joins the range.

Anrotix owns a US-based design and customer service team. The designs are made for American rooms, and when something needs attention you reach a local team rather than a help desk in another time zone.

What we make

We make one thing, and nothing else: table lamps and floor lamps.

Behind that focus is a 200-person in-house factory, which means we hold the quality and the craftsmanship ourselves — from the driver and the wiring to the finish on the shade. We are not a catalogue stretched across every category. We make the light you live with, and we make it properly.

Where your order ships from

From the United States. Our stock is already imported and duty paid, so your order is a domestic shipment: no customs forms, no broker, no surprise bill on the doorstep. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days.

That also means returns and warranty work stay in the country — you are never asked to post a lamp back overseas.

After you buy

Every Anrotix product includes a 2-year free warranty, so the driver, the wiring and the electronics are covered, with a 30-day return window if the lamp does not suit the room.

Spare parts — remotes, drivers, shades — are kept in US stock, so a missing remote is a small parcel rather than a new lamp. If you are not sure which model fits your room, email help@anrotix.com with the dimensions and how the room is used. We would rather steer you to the right lamp than take an order that comes back.
