Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026. This policy explains what we collect through anrotixlamp.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order information. When you pay, PayPal sends us your name, email address, the delivery address you confirmed and the items you bought. We use this to ship your order, to handle a return or warranty claim, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep.
- Messages you send us. Your name, email address and whatever you write in the contact form or by email.
- Basic technical information. Like most sites, our hosting provider logs the pages requested, the referring page and an approximate location derived from the IP address. This is used to keep the site working and to see which pages are useful.
What we do not collect
We never receive your card or bank details. Payment is processed entirely by PayPal, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy — we only receive the outcome of the payment and the order details above. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your cart in your own browser using local storage. It is not sent to us and it is cleared if you empty your cart or clear your browser data. PayPal sets its own cookies when the payment window opens; those are governed by PayPal’s policy.
Who else sees your information
- PayPal — to process the payment and confirm the delivery address.
- Our delivery partners — the name, address and phone number needed to deliver the parcel.
- Our email provider — to receive and answer your messages.
- Professional advisers — only where necessary for accounting, tax or a legal claim.
We do not transfer personal information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept for about two years, or until the matter you asked about is closed. You can ask us to delete a message sooner.
Your choices
Write to help@anrotix.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory privacy right — California, for example — say so and we will follow the specific request process that applies.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting an order you have already placed will be emailed to you.
